A / Sound familiar?

If you're stuck on any of this, you're not alone.

Overwhelmed by literature reviews, never sure what's enough.
No one to give real feedback on your drafts.
Submissions sitting in revisions for months, sometimes years.
Watching peers publish while your paper stays stuck.
Doing research in isolation, with no one who actually gets it.
Pasting your draft into ChatGPT and never knowing if the advice is any good.
Hunting through YouTube videos for advice that may or may not apply to your situation.

D / Common questions

The honest answers.

01 How does the 7-day trial work? +

$10 gets you full access for 7 days. Courses, live workshops, AI workflows, the community, all of it. If you decide it's not for you, cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed again.

02 Do I need prior research experience to join? +

Not at all. Whether you've published nothing or you're already mid-PhD, we break things into clear, manageable steps. If you're starting fresh, we'll help you build the foundations from the ground up.

03 Can I get feedback on my literature review or research proposal? +

Yes. Our live workshops include direct expert feedback. You can also post inside the community for peer and mentor review between sessions. The PEER SimpleWriting system and STRIP method give you proven frameworks to structure, refine, and tighten your writing.

04 Is this right for my field? +

Almost certainly. Our methods apply across social sciences, health research, business, education, engineering, humanities, and more. The frameworks for choosing a topic, doing a clean lit review, writing methods, and getting through peer review are field-agnostic.

The one honest exception: if you need advanced technical support on something like string theory, we're not the right place. (We can probably point you to someone in our network who is.)

05 What's the difference between the Collective and 1:1 mentorship? +

The Collective gives you group workshops, structured courses, AI workflows, community discussions, plus a 1-hour 1:1 roadmap session with a coach. It's the right place to start for most researchers, because you get serious support without the high-ticket cost.

The 1:1 Inner Circle is our premium program: personalized weekly mentorship, custom feedback on your work, our publication commitment. We only take 30 active members at any given time. Application only.

AI / Why not just use AI?

No researcher should have to figure it out alone. Not even with AI.

AI is good at the next sentence. It's bad at the next six months. It will polish a literature review for a topic that was never publishable, agree with a framing a reviewer will reject, and send you confidently down dead-ends, because it optimises for the answer in front of it, not for your career. What gets researchers published isn't more information. It's judgement: knowing which topic survives peer review, when a draft is done, and when to stop reading and start writing. That's what the Collective gives you.

01 / About

Why this method exists.

I was a full professor at Oxford in my early 30s, and a tenure-track professor at Harvard. My PhD is from Cambridge.

I have published over 400 peer-reviewed papers in journals including Nature, The Lancet, the British Medical Journal, PLoS Medicine, and PNAS. My work has been covered in major international news media, and I have trained over 700 researchers across 50 countries.

Beyond the publications, I am increasingly interested in something else: the structural problem of why so many capable researchers never publish. Universities don't teach the mechanics; they assume you'll absorb them by osmosis. Supervisors are stretched thin. Brilliant students lose years on topics that were doomed from the start.

The FastTrack Method is what I wish someone had taught me at the beginning.

When the method clicks.

MohammedMaster's student

"Four papers published in six months. Full rides to Harvard, Berkeley, Boston, and Columbia."

Came in with no prior publications. Six months from first session to first acceptance.

Maria AnnaScience program

"First paper published in a high-impact journal, three months in."

No prior research background. Came in feeling like a fraud in her cohort. Left with a publication.

TalPhD candidate

"Three rejected papers became three published papers in six months."

Was doubting his fit for academia entirely. Now invited to international conferences, PhD complete.

Prefer 1:1 mentorship?

If you want personal guidance through the method, the next step is a short application and a 30-minute strategy call. We use it to identify the single biggest barrier slowing your research, and to build a plan for your next publication.

We work with researchers who can commit five to ten hours a week over three months, and who are ready to invest in serious mentorship.
